        “Safety, Service and Benefits” is the permanent target of Sichuan Airlines, and “faith, kindness, beauty and care” is the core of “Beauty Culture” of Sichuan Airlines.  Sichuan Airlines aims at create its service brand with its own specialty.

      2007年又提出以义、信、智、礼为核心内容的时尚川航新概念,进一步拓展川航美丽文化的内涵,进而在企业、员工、旅客、社会的关系中建立起价值共同体、利益共同体、美丽爱心共同体,在取得经济效益的同时实现企业的一份社会责任。

       Sichuan Airlines put forwards the new concept – “loyalty, trust, intelligence and courtesy”.  This is the core of “Fashion SCAL” philosophy and further develops the implication of “beauty culture” of SCAL. The culture helps to form value community, profit community and beauty & care community among company, staff, customers and the society, in order for SCAL to take social responsibilities as well as economic profits.

The special culture of our Training Centre is “professionalism, strictness, excellence and loyalty”   Professionalism means professional expertise and  devoted spirit.  Strictness means strict standardization and rigorous instruction. Excellence means quality service and good personality. Loyalty means honest business and faithful communication.
